Matrixx Productions ("Producer") is looking for an active partner who will finance the sums itemized in the Budget (open with Movie Magic) and who will receive producer screen credit (hereinafter "Executive Producer") in consideration for such financing and supervisory duties plus:
1. 90% of the pre-recoupment proceeds of distribution;
2. split of post-recoupment proceeds 75/25, Executive Producer/Producer, until Executive Producer's profit is equal to $800,000 at which time Executive Producer and Producer will split 50/50.
3. At it's volition, Producer may bring to the production up to $400,000 in cash or service contributions, such not altering the above participations.
