PREMISE:
Based on a story entitled "Rape of a Little Blue Planet" by Constantine L. Rysmeyer and inspired in part by the research of G. Edward Griffin, FRACTIONAL SANITY opens at New York Harbor on May 1st, 1915 as the Lusitania leaves port on her fatal voyage to rendezvous with the Juno just off the coast of Ireland in hostile waters.
SYNOPSIS:
FLASH BACK: A group of international bankers, infuriated that their bond sales are getting increasingly sluggish and loans to France and England are in jeopardy of default, need to force America into the first World War so that Congress can legally provide credit to France and England before they are wiped out by the Germans with their U-boats.FLASH FORWARD: A well-placed U-boat torpedo rips the Lusitania apart and sends her to the ocean floor with no survivors because her protection, the Juno, was called to stand-down by Morgan's cartel.
The U.S. enters the War. Congress votes $1 billion credit for England and France (created through the Federal Reserve System) to finance their foreign war efforts and immediately $200 million is sent to England to be applied to the House of Morgan account.
FRACTIONAL SANITY is an important picture for anyone who wants to help preserve the integrity of the U.S. Constitution and take a serious look at the repercussions of fractional reserve banking and fiat currency "backed" by debt instruments.
