The Deal Matrixx Internet Distribution will exhibit your film at one of our portal sites for which it qualifies and instantly deliver to you 100% of the gross proceeds of each downloaded or streamed movie as, and when, it occurs. You then remit to us a 25% distribution fee from these proceeds at the end of each quarter.
We will either host your film on our servers ("Host") or simply display a URL for your film which you have elected to host elsewhere (Display").
The annual Display fee for any length of Show is $75 per per year. The annual Host fee is set forth by the below chart:
Length in Minutes Low Bandwidth Medium Bandwidth High Bandwidth 1 - 15 $44 $88 $175 16 - 30 $50 $100 $200 31 - 45 $56 $113 $224 46 - 60 $63 $125 $250 61 - 75 $69 $138 $275 76 - 90 $75 $150 $300 91 - 105 $82 $163 $325 106 - 120 $88 $175 $350 121 - 135 $94 $188 $375
The terms Low, Medium, and High Bandwidth are defined in the Distribution Agreement.
Discounts Various quantity and promotional discounts are available as set forth in the Distribution Agreement.
Delivery Requirements At this time, we accept films on VHS, MiniDV or on CDs as .WMV files. Films sent to us must be accompanied by the Host Fee and a properly executed copy of the Distribution Agreement. We charge no further fees for either processing or uploading your film to the Internet. The purchaser may keep the film s/he downloads or streams subject to copyright law.
Payments Since the producer is promptly getting 100% of the gross proceeds of distribution up front, we expect prompt payment of our 25% distribution fee by the end of each quarter and the Host or Display fee, as applicable, on the aniversary of the date distribution services commenced. We may, at our discretion, extend a grace period, but after that we retain the right to terminate services untill and unless all outstanding fees are brought up to date.
All parties to the gross proceeds transaction will receive, by email, a duplicate receipt indicating what movie was downloaded, when it was downloaded, the price paid and all credit card data.
Horray for the end of creative accounting!
In the event of any conflicts, the terms set forth in the Distribution Agreement shall prevail
