First-Look Deal means upon payment of a $10,000 annual subscription fee, Subscriber
may have exclusive first-look access to all screenplays before they are placed on the Executive Shelf.
Option Purchase Price means that Subscribers in good standing may purchase the Option Agreement for any screenplay posted on the Executive Shelf for a flat $15,000 if purchased within 60 days of commencement of this
subscription and a purchase price of $30,000 if purchased thereafter.
Screenplay Purchase Price means that the owner of the Option Agreement
may purchase any screenplay posted on the Executive Shelf for a flat $300,000 if exercised
within two years of commencement of said option and a purchase price of $600,000 if exercised thereafter.
